Susan was "Hands-on" the entire time. She oversaw and met the contractors, ensured things got done and that they looked great! She had the house staged as part of the prep. When it was time to re-list the house (a mere 5-6 weeks later), you literally couldn't even tell it was the same house. The attention to detail was insane - the photographer was amazing, the house looked gorgeous, and the backyard had been transformed - it was awesome! Then when it came time to go back to the market, Susan created a buzz with a taco truck and a REALTORS' open house that netted us three offers before REALTORS with their clients even saw it. Susan and/or Nick were there for all the open houses, personally met with the REALTORS, were there at any time, for anything, and took our texts and calls at all hours of the night or day (though we tried our best to be respectful about bugging them!). We took her direction and spent a bit of money at her suggestion (not a ton!) for the things they knew would yield the most return on investment, and Susan and Nick were 100% correct - and we were 1000% happy! When that weekend came around for the public open house, we had a ton of traffic and even more offers to sift through beginning the next week. We wound up having a total of 8 offers, including several that were over the asking price. Susan went to work with her magic then, heading up the multiple counter-offers, asking everyone to come back with their highest and best, and we wound up with two offers well over the list price - and all in less than a week! Susan and Nick maneuvered us through the labor of getting the house ready, through the stress of selling our beloved house of 18 years, beyond the process of countering and landed us an amazing offer for our home, including ensuring that the contingencies and repairs and such were what we needed and wanted, to make our sale have the best outcome for us.
